How do I book a cleaning service?
Simply select Furnished or Unfurnished, choose your BHK size, add it to your cart, pick a date and time, then confirm via WhatsApp or by sending a booking request. We'll contact you to confirm the appointment.
Can I choose my preferred date and time?
Yes, you can select your preferred date and a time slot (Morning, Afternoon or Evening) while booking. We'll try our best to accommodate it, and confirm the exact time with you.
Do I need to pay online while booking?
No online payment is required at this stage. Your booking request is sent to our team, and payment is collected after the service is completed, based on the agreed price.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, just message us on WhatsApp or call us with your booking details and we'll help you reschedule or cancel, no extra charge if done with reasonable notice.
What's the difference between Furnished and Unfurnished pricing?
Furnished apartments have furniture and belongings in place, requiring more careful, detailed cleaning. Unfurnished (empty) apartments are quicker to clean thoroughly since there's no furniture in the way, which is reflected in the pricing.
